My work is to support the APR Chief Counsel, mainly to draft different kind of contracts in both Chinese and English, translate different kinds of legal and non-legal documents, review and revise different kind of business contracts, conduct legal compliance training for Rohm and Haas employees in China, keep track with updated foreign investment related laws and regulations, new entity establishment, responsible for account receivables and assisting the outside counsels in litigation cases, organize and coordinate the raid action against fake products, labor dispute settlement, deal with other daily legal issues and give legal advices to all legal entities invested by Rohm and Haas in China, and give other relevant legal assistance for operation of Rohm and Haas business units.
